On our holiday I over indulged (no regrets ?) BUT I am paying for it now. I didn’t come back feeling as healthy as before I went. I decided to try out @medisum.au so I could have more energy and get back into the swing of things. I have been waking up heaps fresher and I love that it’s plant based too.
